Nordkapp Inversiones S.V., S.A. (NKI)

  Nordkapp Inversiones is a Financial Organization with legal statute of Society of Values and whose share capital of 7 million euros is entirely subscribed. Constituted in June of 2003, it is registered in the C.N.M.V. (The National Commission for the Stockmarket) with the number 201. Its main institutional partner, The Bank of Valencia, provides NKI with technological support and management services, serving as well as depositary and liquidator.
